Why are we using digital tickets?
Per minor league baseball changes, all 120 teams have made the switch to digital tickets in an effort to provide a safe, convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. You probably use your smartphone to travel and attend movies. Now you can use it for live sports and entertainment events at Day Air Ballpark. It’s our effort to make your Dragons experience the very best.
Digital tickets provide:
• Quick, contactless, and easy entry to Day Air Ballpark using your mobile phone.
• Instant access to your season tickets through the official Dayton Dragons app.
• The ability to view, transfer, and sell your tickets at any time.
• Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
How do I sign into your Dragons Account Manager?
When you sign into the Account Manager site, use the same email address you have always used. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to reset your password. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to use the same username and password for other Account Manager sites and Ticketmaster.com.
Can I still print my tickets at home?
You will not be able to print your digital ticket at home. Our ticket scanners require a live ticket code.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes, you can swipe to view multiple tickets within your account, however, transferring each attendee their ticket is the preferred way of entering Day Air Ballpark.
Transferring tickets provides:
• A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if applicable.
• Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
What if my entire group isn’t with me when I am ready to enter the stadium?
Transfer tickets to your group in advance - so you don’t have to wait to get into the event. Since each person entering Day Air Ballpark will need a ticket to get in, you can transfer each member their ticket individually prior to arrival.
Will the person I transferred tickets to need a Dragons Account?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can create one when they accept the ticket. Please note: If the recipient has a Dragons account, the email address used for transfer must be the one associated with their Dragons account.
Can I manage my tickets from my computer?
You can manage your tickets from your computer, but you will need a ticket on your mobile device to enter the game.
I don’t have a smart phone, what do I do?
