  • Never Waste a Ticket: Ability to exchange unused tickets for a different game.
  • Personal Ticket Representative: Have questions? Feel free to reach out to your ticket rep.
  • VIP Parking Pass: A season-long parking pass to our exclusive VIP parking lot that includes the closest parking spaces at Bank of the James Stadium.
  • Early Entry into Stadium: Access to early entry gate. Enter the stadium before gates open to secure giveaway items.
  • Meet & Greet with the Team: All season members are invited to our "Meet the Team" event that will take place during the season. This is a great opportunity to get autographs, meet the players, coaches and staff, and network with other season members.
  • Shoutouts on the Video Board: Contact your ticket representative for Happy Birthday and Anniversary shoutouts on the video board.
  • Discounts on Skybox Rentals: Enjoy a night in a skybox at a discounted rate.
  • Team Store Discount: Full Season Members will receive a 10% Team Store discount.
  • Undated Guest Passes: Full Season Members receive 10 undated guest passes (not valid for July 4th game).
  • Unused Ticket Donation Program: Donate unused tickets to a non-profit of your choice or donate to our charity nights.

UNUSED TICKET POLICY

All single game ticket sales are final. Unused Picnic, Group, Mini-Plan and Season Tickets can be donated or exchanged at the Hillcats Ticket Office for any remaining home game in the 2023 regular season, EXCLUDING July 4th.
