March is recognized as Women's History Month in the US, but every March 8 the world unites to celebrate International Women's Day. A day to recognize and honor the women who have not only blazed trails in industries everywhere, but also those who diligently follow in their footsteps -- keeping the path wide open for young girls to follow.
Minor League Baseball proudly recognized all of these women as well as those who keep their clubs, day-to-day operations and the game up and running. Each club went to social media as part of their endorsement for the hardworking ladies who make the incredible MiLB experience possible.
The Dayton Dragons got their female staff together for a group shot in front of the team logo.

Some clubs highlighted specific members of their staff. Like the Somerset Patriots:
"A little girl can look at an organization and see themselves as a coach, an analyst, a photographer, a dietician, you name it. It’s an incredible privilege to contribute to that by being a female presence in the dugout." - @amanda_brady17 #WomenInBaseball #IWD pic.twitter.com/dhLE4KFuI5— Somerset Patriots (@SOMPatriots) March 8, 2023
