ADVANCE TICKET WINDOW
During games, fans can purchase tickets for future games at the Advance Ticket window. This window is located behind section 114 and is open from gate opening until the end of the game.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
Anyone drinking alcohol under the legal age, using illegal drugs, or breaking any other laws will be subject to immediate removal from Werner Park and will be reported to proper authorities. Any fan perceived to be in an intoxicated or impaired state may be denied admission.
No pets will be allowed entry into Werner Park, except service animals and during specific events that have been designated as pet-friendly by Omaha Storm Chasers management.
ATLAS MEDSTAFF AUTOGRAPH BRIDGE
The Atlas MedStaff Autograph Bridge is located in left field near the Sunbelt Bakery Home Run Porch. Staff and coaches are not able to help in any way in getting players to sign autographs.
AUTISM ACTION PARTNERSHIP QUIET ZONE
The Autism Action Partnership Quiet Zone is located in center field by the batter's eye. Sensory kits are also available at every Storm Chasers home game and may be checked out at Fan Services. Kits must be returned to Fan Services by the end of each game.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing tables are located in all restrooms at Werner Park.
A bag taken to any ticketed event at Werner Park must be a transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC tote. Bags must be no larger than 16” x 16” x 8”. Guests may also bring small or clutch-sized purses/wallets not exceeding 6.5" x 6.5" x 4.5”. Staff members are not allowed to hold or store bags during an event. Staff members are happy to make special accommodations for bags with medical necessity. However, each bag will need to be properly searched by security before entrance.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Fans are allowed to bring small banners and signs as long as they are not offensive and do not obstruct the view of other fans. Omaha Storm Chasers management has the right to remove signage.
BARK IN THE PARK PRESENTED BY AMERICAN ROOTER PLUMBING
Dogs are welcome to join their owners for specified games at Werner Park. For more information, including rules and how to pre-register your pups to bypass registration lines on gameday, please click here.
Baseball bats are not allowed into Werner Park.
The half-court Basketball Court is located in left-centerfield, part of Boys Town Field. This area requires a $2 donation per person.
Gates open one (1) hour and five (5) minutes prior to game time, which is after the Storm Chasers' batting practice has taken place.
BERM SEATING (LAWN)
Leonard Management McDonald's Berm seating is general admission and is first-come, first-served. Blankets and towels are allowed, but lawn chairs are prohibited.
Bicycle racks are located outside of Gate 2.
BIG TOP PARTY TENT
The Big Top Party Tent is the largest party area in Werner Park. This area is located behind the Centris Family Fun Zone, near the left field foul pole and is perfect for any sized group. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Fans wishing to have an announcement read over the public address system should visit the Fan Services kiosk located behind section 115 prior to the end of the third inning. The announcements will be read in the middle of the fifth inning. A $10.00 donation to Chasers Charities is required for each announcement. Video board announcements are also available for a $50 donation.
For those who wish to breastfeed in private, accommodations are available at Werner Park in the family restroom located next to CHI First Aid. Storage for pumped breast milk is also available at CHI First Aid but will be disposed of if not claimed after the game.
BUD LIGHT DOWNDRAUGHT BAR
The Bud Light Downdraught Bar is located behind the left-field berm seats under the scoreboard and is open to the public every game. The bar features Bottoms Up draft beer and spirits. It's also the location for J&M Displays and Werner Enterprises "Bands and Brews" on Saturdays featuring live music and beer specials for the duration of pre-game. BUDWEISER GOOD SPORT DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
The Budweiser Good Sport Program encourages fans to drink responsibly and always have a designated driver. Visit the Fan Services booth, behind section 116 to receive a free drink and be entered to win a grand prize.
The Buffett Boardroom is located behind section 114/115 and is the perfect space to have a pre-game meeting or presentation. It's available two hours prior to the gate opening. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into Werner Park, provided game action is not recorded, as prohibited by Minor League Baseball. Single frame photography is permitted at all times. Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses larger than four inches and camera support pods are not permitted. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Fans should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. Lighting at Werner Park is bright enough that flash photography is not necessary or allowed within the ballpark.
CENTRIS FAMILY FUN ZONE
This 6,500 square foot kids' area located behind left field includes a jungle gym, inflatables, and a carousel. There is a $6.00 admission fee for children ages three and over. To receive free access (up to four attendees) in the Centris Family Fun Zone, fans may show their Centris ATM, Visa Credit or Debit card upon entering.

Drinking fountains are located next to every restroom throughout Werner Park.
Drones are not permitted at Werner Park during Triple-A games.
Werner Park has one elevator located near the Suite and Press entrance.

Fans are permitted to leave and re-enter Werner Park, provided that they have their ticket scanned upon exit.
There are two family restrooms located inside Werner Park. One is located on the main level by the CHI Health First Aid office and one is located on the Press Level between the restrooms.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Omaha Storm Chasers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our fans at Werner Park. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the Werner Park experience free of unacceptable behavior, including the following:
- Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas
- Viewing the game in a location other than the fan's ticketed seat
- Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures.
Any fan not adhering to the code or behaving in an unruly manner may be removed from Werner Park. The Omaha Storm Chasers and Werner Park management reserve the right to determine unruly or unacceptable behavior.

The front office staff is NOT responsible for anything sent directly to be signed by a player. The staff does NOT accept autograph requests on behalf of the players. The best option is to mail the request and the item to be autographed directly to the player at Werner Park as well as a self-addressed/postage-paid envelope. Once you have mailed your item, it is up to the player to sign anything and return it. The front office staff is not responsible for any items mailed to the stadium.
FAN SERVICES PRESENTED BY VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION
The Veridian Credit Union Fan Services kiosk is located behind section 115. A staff member will be onsite to answer any questions throughout the game.
FIELD LEVEL SUITE PRESENTED BY OMAHA STEAKS
Located down the third-base line, this dugout style suite offers unparalleled views of the playing field. With room for 24 fans, the Omaha Steaks Field Level Suite is the perfect space to entertain family & friends or make a lasting impression on employees or potential clients. FIRST AID OFFICE PRESENTED BY CHI HEALTH
The CHI Health First Aid office is located behind the Prairie Flower Casino Club.
No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed within the ticketed areas or parking lots of Werner Park.
Fans are not allowed to bring any outside food into Werner Park. However, fans are permitted to bring certain food or drink with them for specific medical conditions and formula for babies. The only outside beverage item allowed is one sealed bottle of water with the label removed.
FOUL BALLS AND HOME RUN BALLS
Fans are permitted to keep any balls that enter the stands. Any baseball bats that enter the stands must be surrendered to a Storm Chasers employee and/or player.
Ballpark gates open one (1) hour and five (5) minutes prior to game time.
Gluten free concessions options are available at Werner Park, and are sold at "The Show" concession stand.
Handicap parking is available in all Werner Park lots:
- General handicap parking is available via Parking Lot Entrances C and D.
- Season pass handicap parking is available via Parking Lot Entrance A.
- Access to these spaces is available when the parking lots open, which is normally two (2) hours prior to any scheduled event or game time.
- Shuttle service for Gates 1 and 2 is available upon request for entrance and/or rest.
Handicap tickets are available in all sections except Section 125. Should inventory not be available, there is overflow seating in Sections 100, 103 and 120.
HOME RUN PORCH PRESENTED BY SUNBELT BAKERY
The Sunbelt Bakery Home Run Porch is located directly behind the left-field fence. Seating is general admission bleacher seating with a back.
Hoverboards are not allowed in Werner Park.
The Hy-Vee Pavilion is located next to the right-field foul pole. This area is ideal for smaller groups and has the best view of the field of any party tenting area. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Interfering while a ball is in play is subject to removal from Werner Park at the discretion of Omaha Storm Chasers management.
Laser pointers are not allowed inside Werner Park.
Lawn Chairs are not allowed inside Werner Park.
LIL CHASERS CLUB
The Lil Chasers Club presented by Atlas MedStaff is FREE to join and available to all kids ages 10 and under. Benefits include a free ticket to Sunday home games, free access to the Centris Family Fun Zone on Sundays, first in line for kids run the bases, as well as a free t-shirt. LOST & FOUND
During events, the Lost & Found is located at the Fan Services kiosk located behind section 115. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, fans should call the Storm Chasers Front Office at (402) 734-2550 during business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Items will be held for 14 days before being discarded or donated.

There are five mascots: Stormy, Casey, Vortex, Sue Nami, and Sizzle.
Media credentials are issued by the Storm Chasers Media Relations department. All media credential requests should be directed to the Media Relations Department at 402-734-2550.

All fan entrances will be utilizing detectors to screen fans entering the building. Additionally, handheld wands will be utilized to screen individuals in some locations and to speed up the entrance process. This will ensure that fans can quickly enter the stadium.
Military personnel are eligible to receive a $3.00 discount when purchasing their ticket. To receive the discount, a military I.D. must be shown at the time of purchase.
For those wishing to sing the National Anthem at Storm Chasers home games, national anthem tryouts are held by online submission. Fans interested in more information should contact the Community Relations department at 402-734-2550.
Artificial noise makers of any type are prohibited at Werner Park.
No alcohol, illegal drugs, food, drink, glass, metal cans, coolers, or air horns are allowed into Werner Park. Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Werner Park property, including all parking areas, without a permit or license from the Omaha Storm Chasers.
Vehicles may remain on Werner Park parking lot grounds overnight, but vehicles must be removed the next morning by 7am, if there is a day game, or by noon, if there is a night game.
Paging is only available in cases of extreme emergency and at the discretion of Omaha Storm Chasers management.
Parking lots will open two hours prior to the start of each game. Entrance A is the Season Pass Entrance. Entrances B, C, D and E are $5 General Parking entrances.
The party decks are located on the upper level behind home plate. The CKF Party Deck is located on the third-base side, and the Private Studio Collection Party Deck is located on the first base side. These areas do not offer a physical seat in the seating bowl, but they do offer semi-private restrooms and entrance gate. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Previously fixed seats, now a unique area with standing drink rails located in section 100. Groups of 20 or more can reserve the area for an additional $100.
PETITIONS & LEAFLETS/SOLICITATION
Solicitation is not allowed on Werner Park property without express consent from the Omaha Storm Chasers.
PRAIRIE FLOWER CASINO CLUB
The Prairie Flower Casino Club is an exclusive, climate-controlled fully-stocked bar located on the first baseline. Access is exclusively granted to fans with a ticket to Diamond Club Seats, Club Seats, Suites, Party Decks, or full-season ticket holders. This premium area often features unique food and drink selections. The Club is also available for use before games and on non-gamedays for parties, special gatherings, community events and more! Chasers Gameday is the official program of the Omaha Storm Chasers. Chasers Gameday is exclusively available online HERE.
A limited number of promotional items are available on select days on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the that a game does not become official, an original ticket only may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a future event in accordance with team rules. No portion of the ticket price will be refunded. All exchanges can be done in person at the Werner Park Ticket Office, over the phone, or online (for a $1.00 per ticket fee). All exchanges are subject to availability. All event dates, times and promotions are subject to change and no part of the ticket price will be refunded.
RESALE OF TICKETS
Fans are not to sell or resell tickets on the ballpark grounds and such actions are subject to ejection from Werner Park.
Restrooms on the main level are located behind sections 102, 108, 112, 121, and next to the Centris Family Fun Zone. The restrooms on the press level are located by the Press Box behind home plate. The family restrooms are located on the main level by the CHI Health First Aid office and on the Press Level between the restrooms.
The following jersey numbers have been retired by the Kansas City Royals (and their minor league affiliates) in honor of former players and club personnel: 5 (George Brett), 10 (Dick Howser), and 20 (Frank White). The Storm Chasers have retired the number 23 (manager Mike Jirschele) and 27 (former manager Brian Poldberg). The number 42 (Jackie Robinson) is retired by all Major League and Minor League Baseball teams.
Fans attending events at Werner Park do so at their own risk. Baseballs, both hit or thrown, bats and other items, do leave the field of play during events at Werner Park so fans should direct their attention to the field at all times.
For the safety of all fans, security personnel will be onsite for all games. Additionally all fan entrances will be utilizing metal detectors to screen fans entering the building. Additionally, handheld wands will be utilized to screen individuals in some locations and to speed up the entrance process. This will ensure that fans can quickly enter the stadium.

Werner Park is a smoke-free ballpark (including electronic cigarettes and any other vaporized smoking). Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside of the ticketed area. Fans wishing to smoke may do so outside of Gate 7 located on the first base side. Fans who fail to comply with the no-smoking policy will be asked to exit the Werner Park grounds.
STORM FRONT TEAM STORE
The Storm Front Team Store is located near Gate 1 of Werner Park and is open when gates open until after the final play of the game. Royal Treasures is located near Gate 2 of Werner Park and is open during select games.
During the season on non-game days, the Storm Front Team Store is open Monday through Friday from Noon - 5:00 pm.
During the season on weekday game days, the Storm Front Team Store is open from Noon until the end of game.
During the season on weekend game days, the Storm Front Team Store is open 3 hours before first pitch.

Strollers are allowed in Werner Park. Strollers must be folded and stored safely under seats or other designated areas so as not to interfere with other fans.

The Sun Valley Landscaping Party Patio is located left of the scoreboard and the Budweiser Downdraught Bar. This landscaped patio area includes benches, high top tables, and a fire pit and is perfect for the casual gathering. For information on booking this area, fans should call 402-738-5105.
Tailgating is allowed in the grassy areas of the Werner Park parking lot. Only one parking space per vehicle is allowed. To book a group outing in a tailgate area, fans should call 402-738-5105.

Tickets must be shown to all Werner Park personnel upon request. Anyone that does not have a valid ticket will be removed from Werner Park immediately. A ticket grants access to public areas of Werner Park - any attempts to enter private or team access areas of the park without permission from Omaha Storm Chasers management will result in immediate removal.

VALENTINO'S BIRTHDAY VILLAGE
The Valentino's Birthday Village is located behind section 124-125. Birthday parties include 10 tickets, cupcakes, and a Happy Birthday sing-a-long during the game. Videoboard message requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the game and require a $50 minimum donation to Chasers Charities. Fans interested in having a message displayed on the videoboard during a game should contact the Community Relations department at 402-734-2550.
