Springfield, MO – A crowd of 7,942 baseball fans, the largest crowd at Hammons Field since a Yadier Molina MLB Rehab Assignment on June 2, 2018, witnessed the Cardinals (34-28, 68-63) reclaim their spot in first place of the Texas League North Division with an 8-3 victory over the Drillers

Springfield, MO – A crowd of 7,942 baseball fans, the largest crowd at Hammons Field since a Yadier Molina MLB Rehab Assignment on June 2, 2018, witnessed the Cardinals (34-28, 68-63) reclaim their spot in first place of the Texas League North Division with an 8-3 victory over the Drillers (22-40, 63-68) Saturday night at Hammons Field. The Cardinals have won a season-best seven straight games and have a one-game lead over Wichita in the Texas League North.
